Self-Care

Self-care is a deeply personal experience and it holds different meanings for each individual.

However, there is a unanimous understanding that our health is of utmost importance.

Throughout our journeys towards self-improvement, we have explored a wide range of practices.

From various health and fitness activities,

experimenting with different diets, incorporating supplements, exploring the energy of crystals,

indulging in rejuvenating vacations, seeking wisdom through books, reviewing horoscopes, finding solace in medication and cherishing moments of peace and tranquility.

We enjoy social interactions with friends and have

indulged in many drinks and even a joint or two.

 We have left no stone unturned in our quest to become

our best selves. As women, we often find ourselves neglecting our own self-care, as we prioritize the well-being of others in our roles as mothers, wives, and daughters.

It is crucial to remember that we are important too!

By neglecting our own self-care, we limit our ability to effectively care for others.

Let this be a reminder that prioritizing ourselves

is not selfish!
